Day 1- 30 June 2007

0600-0700H – Assembly time
KFC beside LRT Monumento station
0700H – board Sierra Madre Bus bound for Arayat
0730H – ETD for Arayat
0930H – ETA Arayat Town Proper
courtesy call at the municipal hall
last minute supplies; load water; other business
1000H – take trike going to Arayat National Park Resort (Bgy. Ayala,
Magalang, Pampanga
1030H – ETA trail head; start trek
1200H – trail lunch (packed lunch)
1330H – resume trek
1500H – ETA summit; pitch tents
1730-1800H – sunset
1800H – prepare dinner; Dinner
2100H – socials
2400H – lights off

Day 2 – 01 July 2007

0400H – wake-up call; sunrise
0500H – prepare breakfast
0600H – breakfast
0900H – break camp
1000H – start descent
1230H – ETA Arayat National Park Resort;
wash-up; lunch?
1300H – take trike to town proper
late lunch; other business
1500H – ETD Manila
1730H – ETA Manila (Monumento)

>Manila-Arayat= Php 107.00 x 2 = Php214.00

>Pay as we go.
>Meals at the peak= dinner and breakfast

  1. just want to ask if its safe to hike to the summit of mt. arayat, or if DENR is giving clearance to climb. our group is planning to climb probably by aug 18-19, 2007.

    I just want to ask about the ridge from the North peak to the South peak. Meron bang visible trail na madaling sundan from the north peak going to the south? I’ve been up the mountain twice already (both peaks) pero hindi ko pa natatawid from Magalang to Bano. I’d appreciate any info you can provide.
