Makanan Kelantan

Malay cuisine is more than satay and nasi goreng or nasi lemak. In Malaysia, there are regional varieties and Kelantan has some of the yummiest.

Nasi kerabu
Blue-colored rice? Yup! The rice is tinted with the natural pigments of a blue-colored flower.

Laksa Kelantan
Unique because its broth is milky white which means no tomatoes were used. Really delicious.

Laksam
It’s the same as laksa but uses rolled noodles that have been cute into fat circles.

Serunding
Dried meat floss from either fish, chicken, or beef. Unlike Chinese meat floss, Kelantan’s is savory rather than sweet with hints of chili.
